Unbeknownst to many recruiters and HR people, Google in mid-2017 changed the way your company's job posts are displayed when it launched Google for Jobs. That wouldn't be such a big deal except that any job posted on Indeed is NOT indexed by Google. 

Let me repeat that. Any job posted on Indeed does NOT show up in Google for Jobs search.
